HOW TO USE

Directions for adults: Take two capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your health professional. Taking this supplement with or immediately after food is strongly recommended due to the zinc content. WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch due to the B vitamins in the formula, which could disrupt sleep if taken too late. 

Pregnancy & Nursing: Even though we include an inner leaf Aloe vera extract, we cannot guarantee the absence of anthraquinones in the capsules, which should not be consumed during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. 

Dietary Supplement. Store below 77ºF in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if lid seal are missing or broken. No added gluten, egg, dairy, lactose, soy, nuts, artificial flavours or colours. 

Foundational WelleCo products (The Super Elixir, Nourishing Protein & Sleep Welle Tea) can be taken, and are encouraged to be consumed, alongside one another. Based on your individual needs the remaining Elixirs in our WelleCo range may be suitable to be taken alongside each other. Do your products contain Vitamin B6?
WelleCo products do contain Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) which is a vital water-soluble vitamin. Vitamin B6 supports various functions within the body. When taken as directed most people experience no adverse effects. Like with many ingredients if excessively consumed they can have potential side effects in some people.

In some individuals when consumed in high amounts Vitamin B6 has been linked to side effects such as numbness, burning or tingling in the hands and feet. These symptoms can also be experienced when deficient in Vitamin B6. If any of these side effects are experienced, please contact your Primary Healthcare Professional.

We recommend looking at the supplements you're taking and ensuring that the total daily amount you are consuming is right for you. The upper level of intake for Vitamin B6 and more information can be found here. Please consult your Primary Healthcare Professional if you are unsure, or have any underlying health conditions or are taking medication.

    Actually noticed a difference

    I’ve been taking The Skin Elixir for a few weeks now and didn’t expect much at first, but I’ve actually noticed my skin looking a lot more fresh and hydrated. It’s got a bit of a glow now and doesn’t look as dull. Super easy to take every day too which helps. Keen to keep using it and see even more results!
