Directions: Mix 2 teaspoons (5 g) with 6.8 fl oz of warm water or milk of your choice.

Yes, let's be real. It's $40 a batch, quite pricey but this stuff is worth it and for lack of a better description, magic in a jar. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed. It doesn’t taste sweet. Like at all. Meaning it really has no sweetness. Exactly like if you made Hershey unsweetened Cocoa. I just add a teaspoon of high-quality local honey for the perfect hack. I’m actually so glad they didn’t throw in any artificial sweeteners because I can sense it right away and it would have been game over for me. So thank you Elle!
It’s also a secret weapon if like me, you crave something sweet after dinner ( I was going down that nightly ice cream rabbit hole habit). Basically, undoing my entire Peloton session from the early morning. Now I make this nightly elixir and my dessert cravings vanish. There's also something about holding a warm cup of cocoa that feels a little indulgent but yet it's 35 calories. Score! I'm left feeling totally satiated, and for once, not rummaging through the kitchen looking for "just a bite of something sweet."
Highly recommend this product if you're skeptical or on the fence so don't let the price dissuade you. I’ve recommended it to so many friends, and now they’re all hooked too. Trust me, your brain (and your waistline) will thank you.
