Directions: Mix 2 teaspoons (5 g) with 6.8 fl oz of warm water or milk of your choice.

I was pleasantly surprised that this evening drink tastes exactly like a hot chocolate. It’s really soothing at the end of the day and is part of my bedtime routine now. The difference in my sleep is so noticeable I fall into a much deeper sleep and feel much more rested the next morning! I’m definitely noticing a glow to my skin also! I cannot recommend this product enough! I’ve told all my friends annd family about it!
