Vanilla and Raspberry Baked Oatmeal

Created by WelleCommunity member Ashley Alexander of @gatherandfeast - this sweet and induldgent recipe is perfect for those cosy winter mornings. Warms the soul and the tummy.

 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup oat milk

1 small or 1/2 a large ripe banana

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

1 scoop WelleCo Vanilla Nourishing Protein Powder*

Handful of fresh and frozen raspberries

 

Dietaries: Nut-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan

Serves: 1

 

METHOD

Pre-heat oven to 180° C. Add oats, oat milk, banana, vanilla, baking powder, and the vanilla protein into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a small baking dish and top with raspberries. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
