Tiramisu Blended Oats

Is it a breakfast or a dessert?! Ummm I’m not sure but I’ll be eating this any time of the day!! It’s packed with protein and super delicious

MAKE WELLE:
Base
1.5 cups gluten free oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop WelleCo Nourishing Protein in Chocolate
1 shot coffee
1 and 3/4 cups almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
Tofu Vanilla Cream:
300g silken tofu
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1 Tbsp maple syrup
cacao powder for dusting
Method:
1. Add all oat ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to container and place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.
2. Blend the ingredients for the tofu cream until completely smooth, then add as top layer.
3. Dust with cacao powder and place back in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
