This is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or dessert!

WelleCommunity member @bitesbybec_ creates an alternative to the classic cherry ripe, only better ❤️ Using The Nourishing Protein in Vanilla, it is also the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or dessert. ⁠

MAKE WELLE: ⁠

Filling:⁠
- 2 cups frozen raspberries⁠
- 1 cup desiccated coconut⁠
- 1/3 cup Nourishing Protein in Vanilla⁠
- 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠
- 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
- sea salt flakes to decorate⁠
Coating:⁠
- 80g dark chocolate ⁠
- 1 tbsp coconut oil⁠

Method: ⁠
1. Place raspberries into a large bowl and allow to sit for 10 minutes to soften. Once softened, mash with a fork.⁠
2. Add in the desiccated coconut, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mash and mix until well combined.⁠
3. Add to a lined container and press down firmly, freeze for 1 hr.⁠
4. Melt your dark chocolate and coconut oil together until melted.⁠
5. Take your slice out of the freezer and slice into squares⁠
6. Dip each piece into the dark choc, and place on a lined tray⁠
7. Sprinkle with sea salt and set In fridge for 30-45mins⁠
