Power Protein Snack
Try making these viral Mango Yogurt Bites by WelleCommunity member @sez_pilates 💛 Not only are they easy to make and delicious, they're also high in protein to help balance blood sugar levels and support lean, strong muscle.
INGREDIENTS
1 mango
1 cup of coconut yogurt
2 Scoops Nourishing Protein Vanilla
White chocolate or melted peanut butter drizzle
METHOD
Dice mango, mix with yoghurt and protein powder in a big bowl. When combined create rustic bites on a baking lined tray and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove, and drizzle melted chocolate on top. Return to freezer for 5 mins to set and you’re done. Enjoy!
