To share our soon to be released WelleCo Super Boosters, we hosted a press briefing in one of Sydney's most iconic beachside eatery with some of our favourite people.
WelleCo co-founder Elle Macpherson welcomed guests with bespoke SUPER ELIXIR Mojitos, before a sit-down lunch comprising of Italian plant-based dishes like Zucchini Flower and Salsa Verde and Pea & Biodynamic Farro Salad. WelleCo’s product development manager Simone Schroeter chatted guests though the 7 different variants of Super Booster before dessert was served - Elle’s own NOURISHING PLANT PROTEIN Chocolate Mousse, which was given the Icebergs treatment – fresh raspberries and a raspberry granita.
