My favourite thing about the festive season is…The family time and the laughter.

This year, I plan to gift… Books! Either my memoir ‘elle’(Penguin Books) or From Atoms to Angels by my mentor and friend, Paul Darroll Walsh.

This year I plan to be…As authentic as ever!

My must-have dish during this season is…No matter where I am at the end of the year, I love, love, love a homemade pavlova, covered in berries. Or, for all of the flavour (and only 32 of the calories), I recommend trying our new Mixed Berry flavour of The Super Elixir™! In addition to this, I take advantage of the delicious produce at my local farmer’s market, ensuring everything we serve at home is full of vibrancy and colour.

This season is not complete without…An open fire! I make the time to light a fire at night and meditate on the dancing flames. The colder seasons are quite an adventure for the body making slowing down and rugging up the best gift we can give ourselves!
