Base:

1/2 cup Almonds

First Topping:

1/4 cup Tahini

1.2 cup Almond Butter

1/3 cup Coconut Oil
Second Topping:

1 block of Melted Dark Chocolate

1tbsp Coconut Oil
Method
Prepare the Base

Add almonds, cashews, and dates to a food processor and blend until a coarse crumb forms.

Add The Evening Elixir, Nourishing Protein, and coconut oil. Blend again until the mixture sticks together when pressed.

Press the mixture firmly into a lined square baking tin to form an even base. Place in the freezer to set while you prepare the topping.
Make the First Topping

In a small bowl, combine tahini, almond butter, and coconut oil. Warm slightly if needed to achieve a smooth, pourable consistency.

Spread this mixture evenly over the base. Return to the freezer for about 20–30 minutes or until firm.
Add the Second Topping

Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts.

Pour the melted chocolate over the set nut layer and smooth out evenly.

Place back in the freezer for another 15–20 minutes, or until completely set.
Slice and Serve

Once firm, remove from the tin and slice into squares or bars.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
